Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential plot buyers and investment groups.
  • Assist in running lead generation campaigns and managing client databases.
  • Learn to educate potential buyers about legal document verification and land value trends.
What We Are Looking For

Experience: 1–3 Years in Sales

The Role

As a BDE, you are the frontline driver of our property sales. You will turn property inquiries into warm site visits, walk clients through our plot portfolios, and build strong initial relationships with potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up on inbound marketing leads and aggressively pursue outbound opportunities.
  • Conduct property presentations and coordinate smooth on-site visits for clients.

The Role
